How many kids can you watch in home without a license in nevada?
You should always contact your local Dept. of Human Resources. But I do believe it varies on the age. Example being: 18 month olds in your house. You would be able to do 8 of them per 1 adult (18yrs +) Be sure to call your local dept. just to make sure of all of the rules. This will end up being a life saver if something happens to one of the children in your home.

Is there an insurance company writing contractors general liability at a reasonable rate in Nevada?
There is no "absolutely" answer to this, or to any other question pertaining to this or any other kind of insurance. Insurance rates, from which premiums derive are functions of the risk factors presented by the insured's business operation. Certainly, insurers vary on the rate (and therefore, the premium) that is charged, but "cheap" does not equate with "best" and you should not make your decision based solely on the premium. You also need to consider the level of claims service in the event of a loss. Despite what may be a lower premium, if the claims process in the event of a loss is difficult to navigate, it may not be worth the few dollars in premium that are being saved. Therefore, it is critical to shop various companies that write the insurance, ask colleagues in your industry about their experiences, and to deal with an insurance agent who has access to many companies and is conversant with the type of insurance that you seek.
Who is HSBC bank Nevada NA I received a letter from them saying to protect my privacy call 800 792 1583 a recording asked for my social security number?
I received an "opt out" letter regarding sharing of non-public personal information or opting out of credit information that is shared with affiliates. They wanted me to give them the credit card account number, N,A,Tel#. I don't think so! I have never heard of HSBC Bank Nevada. Hope this helps. I too, received this letter. I called and gave my partial SS# before deciding against it, and hung up. Is this a fraud/scam? From other Contributors: * I would definitely consider this a scam. NEVER GIVE YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY TO ANYONE OVER THE PHONE. A legitimate company that you have financial dealings with already has your information. * On December 3rd, I received a flyer from HSBC Bank Nevada announcing a change in the default rate for my card. It doesn't identify what card, and I don't recognize HSBC Bank Nevada. The address on the mail permit is Wheeling, IL and the return address is Wod Dale IL, but they want me to respond to an address in Delaware with my name, address and account number if I choose to not accept the changes they outline. Sounds quite "phishy" to me. Is this a hoax? : I received the same letter! I found a site that said when contacted by HSBC for no reason, to check with Equifax, Experian and Transunion to see if my identity had been stolen. Also found several sites that said the HSBC is known for selling data collected from clients, and scamming people who have their credit cards. HSBC Nevada is the new name for a predatory lender called Household International. (This is a different predatory lender from Household Finance, who now belongs to Beneficial.) They are big into store credit cards, so if you have one of those you may be dealing with HSBC Nevada, or HSBC NV as they're also known. It's a real company, but not one you really want to deal with.
Can wages earned in Nevada be garnished to cover a credit card debt incurred when living in California?
Yes, Nevada allows wage garnishment, but the creditor will have to sue in the appropriate Nevada court. An "abstract of judgment" can be filed in the county recorder's office in the state where the debtor resides. However, this type of judgment can only be used to place lien against real property belonging to the debtor.

Asked in Domestic Dogs, Dog Health, Dog Care, Nevada, Fleas
Can dogs get fleas in the state of Nevada?
Dogs can get fleas just about anywhere. All it takes is one, and before you know it, they're all over the place. On top of it, there's more than one kind of flea. Where I live, we have the common flea and what we call a `sand flea`, which is worse than the regular ones. I'd suggest a regular treatment of something like Hartz 4 in 1, which is an easy to apply monthly treatment. Where I live, it's quite effective.
