yes they do see in colour but not in the same way as we do they see in darker colours

It all depends of the cats family tree. If both of those cats have recessive genes for a different color, than maybe one of the kittens could be another color other than grey. If those cats are both hybrids, then the recessive traits will show up. If the cats are both pure bread grey cats, then the kittens will most likely be grey.
